Payment option Details;

After your confirmation we will send you a booking confirmation form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by fax or email.At this stage we will ask you a deposit of 25% of the total amount at our bank account. Upon arrival in Egypt, we will ask you, prior departure of the tour, the rest due cash to our representative who will meet you.

All prices shown include taxes

Your contract will be with Tour and Fun travel; an Egyptian tour operator Licensed 2387. Tour and Fun Travel is a Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association

Cancellation:

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If you cancel your reservation the following fees will be applies;

The more notice that the Company receives, the less the Company will charge the Client

More than 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 0% cancellation fee.
Between 10 and 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
Within 9 - 02 calendar days of the scheduled departure or commencement time, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Domestic flight tickets have no refund, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges

Refunds:

A refund will normally be made with the same method as the original payment.

Children Policy:
0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
2 - 5.99 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost
12+ Are considered adults

Complaints:

Our beloved customer, if you have a complaint at any time during your stay with us in Egypt, please notify anyone of Tour and Fun travel team immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot. In case of you feel that your problem has not been solved, please call the Quality Control Manager of Tour and Fun Travel
